Monthly Greenacres Grange Barn Dance

A monthly dance series is sponsored by the non-profit South Coast Folk Society at the Greenacres Grange.  The dance program includes contras, circle mixers, a waltz or two, and sometimes squares.  All dances are taught and called; no prior knowledge and no partner are needed.  The beginner’s basics will be taught at 7 p.m., dancing will follow. Sea Breeze Harmony Chorus Plant Sale

The Sea Breeze Harmony Chorus holds a plant sale the second Saturday of every month inside Pony Village Mall in North Bend. Hours are 10 a.m. until 4 p.m., and we’ll be singing around the mall from noon to 1 p.m. Plants vary seasonally, with houseplants in the winter and vegetable starts in the summer. Proceeds of the sale help the chorus buy music and attend events. Sea Breeze Harmony Chorus is a 17- member women’s a capella chorus that is part of Sweet Adelines International.
